Registration

Washington State now requires sales tax to be collected on all registration fees. Sales tax will be applied at the current rate of 10.6% and is subject to change.

• Reserve your spot at Ti Ti Tábor Hungarian Folk Camp with a deposit of $150 per person.
• To receive the Early Bird rate, the registration fee must be paid in full by April 30, 2026.
• All registrations must be paid in full by June 30, 2026.
• Deposits are required for Regular, Happy Camper, and Teen registrations only.

• Registrations secured by deposit require payment of the balance by June 30, 2026.
• Full refunds of registration fees and deposits are available until May 31, 2026.
• After May 31, 2026, an $85 cancellation fee applies to each Regular Camper, Happy Camper, and Teen registration.
• No refunds are available after June 30, 2026.

• Children will be supervised during children’s classes; however, parents or guardians are responsible for their children at all other times.
• Children under 18 are not permitted to attend camp without a designated adult present on-site.
• If you are unable to attend camp with your child, you may designate another adult to be responsible for them. Notarized written permission is required if your child is attending camp with an adult who is not their legal guardian.

• Camp T-shirts will be available for pre-order only and must be purchased prior to camp.
• A T-shirt order form will be sent to you after registration.

• Individuals applying for a work exchange or scholarship may complete the registration process.
• Payment arrangements for camp registration will be made after the application has been reviewed and a determination has been issued.
• Washington State sales tax applies to the value of any work exchange or scholarship applied to registration fees and will be the participant’s responsibility.
